She earned a degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano and later specialized in UX/UI design at Domus Academy, merging her love for aesthetics with the functionality required in digital products.

Before joining MonetaPlatform.ai, Donatella was the Global Head of Customer Experience at a leading European digital bank. As CXO at MonetaPlatform.ai, Donatella is tasked with designing the entire customer journey for the company’s innovative end-to-end banking platform.
